Who am I?

Hi, I'm Nina Manolson, I'm a Body-Peace® Coach.

I help women end the war with food and finally feel truly at home in their body—as it is.

I've been working with women and their relationship to their body for 30 years.

I'm a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Body-Trust® Guide, Psychology of Eating Teacher, and Certified Intuitive Eating Coach -- all with the background of being a psychotherapist.

I'm known for my deeply feminist, anti-diet, body-peace approach.

And I'm most passionate about helping you create a respectful and trusting relationship with your food and body.
